Many times students and parents start preparing for higher education abroad in the final year of the student’s current studies. That often doesn’t give students
time to develop the best possible profile.
The best time to start planning is two years before you start applying. Developing a strategy early means you can build your profile to match. Over time you can add experiences and academics that create an authentic, well-rounded profile that universities are looking for in applicants.
Typically we set up a few initial sessions to set strategy and goals. We then schedule check-ins with students every two to three months to make sure they are on track.
Transferring abroad while you are doing your bachelors degree can be a great way to get ahead. Studying in India for up to two years and then transferring allows you to transfer credits abroad, saves you money and earns you the same four year degree as everyone else. Breakmark has plenty of institutions who are keen on student transfers.
